Support for Wingate is provided a variety of ways. Please review the support options below.
  • Free Unlimited Email Support is now available for all users. If you are a registered user, please submit your technical support request using the Registered User Technical Support Request Form. Please E-mail for Form. Tech support requests will be answered within one business day.
  • Technical Support is available via telephone at a cost of $50.00 per hour, billed in 10 minute increments. The Technical Support phone is for registered users ONLY ! Please have credit card information and license number ready. Please request telephone support by email first :- support@isomer.co.uk 
  • Users who purchased their copy of Wingate from another Reseller will be referred back to them for support. If you would like to receive technical support from Isomer, you will be required to pay the telephone support charge of $50.00 per hour billed in 10 minute increments.

Complaints procedure
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service WE WANT TO KNOW!!
We want to know immediately if you are not happy with any of our services.
We will respond by return (within 12 hours) notifying you that we are dealing with your complaint and give you an estimated time by which we will have a fuller answer for you which, we would hope, will be later that day.
More complicated complaints may take more time - please be assured we deal with any complaints as a priority and have never had a complaint which has taken more than two days to resolve.
