These are the minimum recommended system requirements for MDaemon to run. This does not take into account running multiple programs simultaneously. To run several programs on the computer at the same time, that computer should exceed these recommendations.

• Computer with Pentium III 500 MHz (or higher) processor

   

• Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

   

• 256 MB of memory (512 MB recommended)

   

• Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/XP/NT/2000 operating system

   

• TCP/IP network protocol installed

   

• Typical Hard disk space required: 30MB, additional space for any mail to be stored

   

• Internet or Intranet communication capabilities

   

• Outlook 98 or newer

   

• 5 megs extra disk space for PST files (this requirement can go up or down depending on how much informaiton is stored locally in the Outlook folders)
