Spam Filtering-How To Use Spam Reporting

Introduction

Spam reporting adds content to each message marked as spam.

Requirements

You must how you want to report spam.

Your options are:

• Add spam-related content to the header of the message only.
• Create a new message and include the spam as a MIME attachment.
• Create a new message and include the spam as a text attachment.

You can also choose to have long or short spam reports.

How To

To configure reporting:

1. Use the Spam filter command from the Security menu. This displays the Spam Filter dialog.
2. Click on the Reporting tab. This displays the reporting configuration controls.
3. Select a spam reporting.
4. Enable the Use simple reporting check box to make shorter reports.
5. Use the Apply command button, then select another tab for additional filtering options or click OK to exit from the dialog.
